The WNBL could soon be following the NBL into the world of online broadcasting, with Basketball Australia CEO Kristina Keneally eager to secure digit space for the premier women’s sporting competition in Australia.
In Northern Queensland for the Townsville Fire season launch, Ms Keneally spoke with the Townsville Bulletin about the exciting developments of the online broadcast deal with the NBL and the potential it creates for the WNBL, along with the ongoing negotiations with the ABC.
