Capitals star to miss Fire clash

Just one week after making her season debut for the UC Capitals, star Zitina Aokuso will once again be sidelined in Round 6.

The Australian Opals star, who had seven quick-fire points (in just 3.35 minutes on the court) during the Caps' big win over Sydney, has been ruled out for the club's fixture at Townsville on Saturday due to a calf injury.

This is a different injury to the knee complaint that ruled the 26 year old out for Canberra's first five matches.

Aokuso, who is expected to be fit for the club's Round 7 game against Perth at the AIS Arena, will be replaced in Paul Goriss' squad by Zara Russell.
