How to watch the WNBL27 Season

Fresh off a record-breaking WNBL26 Season, in which the competition experienced unprecedented growth across attendance, broadcast, digital and commercial performance, the 2026-27 campaign is looming as the biggest in the League’s history.

The nine-team competition carried that momentum through the 2026 TechnologyOne Townsville Tip Off, which saw the Geelong Venom claim their first piece of silverware.

Now only a few weeks remain until the historic WNBL27 tips off on October 15.

Apart from the elite talent on the court, what is going to make the 2026-27 season so special as it marks Tasmania’s first in the competition.

The Jewels, who are the League’s ninth team, will get the new season underway against Tip Off champions Geelong at MyState Bank Arena on Thursday, October 15.

That and every game on the 16-round schedule will be streamed live on both 9Now and Disney+.

Ahead of the highly anticipated season-opener in Hobart, here’s all you need to know about the WNBL27 Season.
