The Geelong Venom will be without star Gemma Potter for the rest of the WNBL26 season due to injury.
The Venom wing went down late in the club's Round 6 clash with Adelaide at the South Australia State Basketball Centre.
Since then, the club has confirmed that scans revealed Potter sustained an ACL rupture to her right knee, which will rule her out for the Venom's 2025-26 campaign.
This unfortunately marks the third ACL injury of Potter's career.
The 23-year-old thanked everyone for the support since injury via her Instagram page:
ACL: 3 - Gemma: 0
