Adelaide Lightning recruit Jasmin Fejo has cleaned up at the NBL1 Central Awards night, collecting a remarkable three accolades in recognition of a dominant season.

The 25-year-old point guard was crowned Defensive Player of the Year, earned a coveted spot in the All-Star Five, and received the prestigious Coaches' Award, cementing her status as one of the league's elite two-way players.

Fejo's regular season with the Woodville Warriors was nothing short of outstanding.

On the defensive end, she was a force to be reckoned with, averaging 7.5 rebounds, 2.6 steals and 1.6 blocks per game including a huge seven-block game against Norwood and multiple five-steal performances.

Offensively, Fejo delivered the best scoring season of her career, pouring in 21.6 points per game while dishing out 4.5 assists, powering the Warriors to a Finals berth.

A proven winner, Fejo already boasts two conference Championships with West Adelaide and Central Districts. Her leadership, consistency, and impact on and off the court did not go unnoticed by the coaches of the league.

She reinforced her Finals credentials in emphatic fashion on Saturday night, dropping 32 points and hauling in 14 rebounds, along with three assists and three steals, in a dominant Elimination Final victory over the North Adelaide Rockets.

"I'm really excited to bring the energy and just be back in the league."

The Warriors will now gear up this weekend for a Saturday night Semi Final showdown against the West Adelaide Bearcats.

With WNBL26 on the horizon, Fejo will return to the national stage primed for a breakout campaign in her second season with the Adelaide Lightning.
