NBL Group announce exclusive Locker Room executive network

The NBL Group this week announced the launch of Locker Room, an exclusive executive network across the NBL and WNBL that brings some of Australia's most influential business leaders together through a year of unique experiences and immersive sports events.

Following the League’s announcement of 22 new and renewing partners, the network was born out of a desire to bring the growing partner community together in a meaningful way, giving members and their organisations unique access to NBL and WNBL events, senior executives, industry leaders and premium hospitality, all within a curated community.

The Locker Room was created on a simple belief: the strongest professional relationships are built outside boardrooms.

NBL Group Chief Commercial Officer Samantha Green said Locker Room reflects a commitment to creating value beyond the game.

“Locker Room brings together leaders who share a passion for sport, innovation and meaningful connection," Green said.

"Our relationships develop naturally through memorable experiences and shared interests, and many of our sponsorship and media partners are foundation members.

“The best players and teams have a lot in common with our partner organisations: clear roles, trust in each other, the ability to read the play and adapt under pressure, and leaders who inspire.

"Our players and coaches show those qualities every game, and they’re the same ones that drive successful businesses.

“The NBL and WNBL are among the fastest-growing sporting leagues in the country. Locker Room invites business leaders to be part of that growth and to help shape it.”

Over 12 months, members will have access to money-can’t-buy experiences across both the NBL and WNBL, including HoopsFest, the Ignite Cup Final, the NBL and WNBL Finals, and MVP Awards nights.

The Hungry Jack’s NBL27 season continues tonight with the Illawarra Hawks hosting the Tasmania JackJumpers from the WIN Entertainment Centre, live on ESPN from 7:30pm AEDT.

The WNBL27 Season tips off on Thursday, October 15 with every game on ESPN, and 9Now!
