The Townsville Fire will be without one of their stars for the club's two Round 10 fixtures with the Sydney Flames.

Captain Courtney Woods, who is averaging 14.5 points, 6.8 assists and 3.8 rebounds per game this season, will be sidelined for Saturday and Tuesday fixtures due to a hamstring injury.

Woods, who is expected to return to the court on December 31, will be replaced on Fire's roster by Piper Anderson.

Tickets to Saturday's Quaycentre fixture, live on ESPN and 9Now, are still available here.
