Perth have booked their place in the WNBL26 Championships Series. Now, the spotlight shifts to a do-or-die Semi Final with Townsville hosting the Southside Melbourne Flyers on Sunday 22 February at the Townsville Entertainment Centre from 3pm AEST.

 With only one game left to determine who faces the Perth Lynx in the WNBL26 Championship Series, here’s everything you need to know.

With two possibilities for the Championship Series, here are the things that won’t change regardless of Perth’s opponent. 

DATES AND LOCATION:

Game 1: Thursday, February 26th. (Location and time TBD)

Game 2: Sunday, March 1st at Perth High Performance Centre.

Game 3 (if required) March 4th. (Location and time TBD)

Game 2 is scheduled to take place in Perth at the Perth High Performance Centre at 1:00 pm AWST, no matter the result. 

FORMAT:

Townsville vs Perth will follow a home-away-home format, while Perth vs Southside will follow an away-home-home format. This decision was made in December, following consultation with the clubs factoring in team travel and venue availability. 

BROADCAST:

Every game will be live and free on 9Now, while live on demand via ESPN on Disney+. American viewers can watch on AWSN, while all other countries are able to stream via our YouTube Channel. 

TICKETS:

Tickets for game two will be available from 5:00pm AEDT for the general public on Ticketmaster. As for Townsville and Southside Melbourne, head to WNBL.com.au/finals for all the ticketing information as it goes live.
