Rising talent commits to Flyers

Macey Boyle has committed to Southside Melbourne as a Development Player for WNBL27, fresh off a career-best NBL1 South campaign with Keilor.

The Southside Melbourne Flyers have added to their young core for WNBL27, with rising star Macey Boyle committing to the club, pending League approval.
The 22-year-old joins the Flyers as a Development Player on the back of a strong NBL1 South season with Keilor, where she averaged career-highs in points (7.4), field goal percentage (47.6), free-throw percentage (66.7) and steals (0.9).
"Macey is a talented young player with a great attitude and a strong desire to improve," Flyers coach Sam Mackinnon said.
"We're looking forward to working with her and helping her take the next step in her development."
Boyle joins Haylee Andrews, Lara Edmanson, Carly Ernst, Cayla George, Holly Griffiths, Hannah Hank, Tess Heal, Claire Jacobs, Saffron Shiels, Siyu Wang and Isobelle Wightman on Mackinnon's WNBL27 roster.
